Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Overview

Velluto VIP LLC dba Press Advantage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material on our service infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL, username).
  3. Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  5. A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response to Takedown Notices

  • We will remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material.
  • Provide a copy of the takedown notice.
  • Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification.

 

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to jurisdiction in the District of Nevada and acceptance of service of process.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

 

Restoration of Content

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant and inform them that the content will be restored within 10–14 business days, unless a court action is filed to prevent it.

 

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating users who repeatedly infringe copyright, and may remove content from those users as necessary.

 

False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false claim of infringement or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.

 

No Obligation to Monitor

We are not obligated to monitor user content, but reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy or our Terms of Service.
