It also has a fit-up tack station and table, 14 welding stations, and 1 and 2-ton jib cranes. The fabricator shop is able to handle large/small bore pipe spools, pipe racks, equipment skids, support steel, and ½" to 72' diameter pipe/light wall to XXH. The company says that its advanced pipe fabricator facility lets the company accommodate many types of fabrication projects that other fab shops are just not equipped to meet the requirements of.

The company's piping products also undergo extensive testing and an in-depth review process to make sure the final product meets the client's expectations. The company is equipped to perform non-destructive testing methods such as hydrostatic testing, radiograph testing, magnetic particle testing, and dye penetrant testing. The fabrication shop follows the quality control manual in accordance with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel codes and the National Board of Inspection Codes (NBIC). The shop also performs repairs and alterations of pressure-retaining items in accordance with The NBIC.

The fabrication shop's ASME-certified welders help create custom piping solutions for clients using a range of welding methods such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW). All of its weld procedures are done in compliance with ASME Section IX-Welding, Brazing, and Fusing qualifications.

The company prides itself on the use of the most up-to-date technology and equipment for pipe fabrication such as Pipe rollers, Plasma Arcs, 3000lb Positioners, 2500lb Pipe Turners, 6000lb Pipe Turners, 25HP Rotor Air Compressors, Roll Grooving, Pipe Bending (4" & under), Torch Pipe Cutters & Bevellers, H&S Tool Pipe Bevellers, Band Saws - 12" wide, 800/1250lb Positioners, Stainless Steel Pipe Facing/Beveling Equipment, Roll Cutting, and Sandblasting/Painting.

The company can work with a wide range of piping materials such as carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, alloy, plastic, polyethylene pipe fitting, tubing, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), and chrome. The fabrication shop can also handle many different piping joint types such as welded, threaded, soldering & brazing, ProPress copper, grooved (Victaulic), flanged, solvent weld, fusion, tubing bending & compression, and FRP. The company's piping systems include process piping, hydronic water systems, steam & condensate, lubrication & grease, compressed air, hydraulic systems, domestic water, wastewater, natural & propane gas, chemical feed, and instrumentation. The company can handle multiple types of installations such as boilers, pumps, HVAC units, hydraulic power units, cooling towers, chillers, filtration units, chemical tanks, process equipment, fans, drive motors, and ductwork.
