In just four short months, the Facebook page for Rockwell CEO and Founder Markus Heitkoetter has accumulated more than 22,000 followers. A huge feat not many of his peers can boast of.
Heitkoetter, who is originally from Germany, and now lives in Austin, TX, has been involved with the stocks and options trading world for over 20 years. He now teaches people on how to effectively trade stocks and options through his company Rockwell Trading.
Asked to comment on the how his Facebook page got so many followers in such a short period of time, Heitkoetter replied: "I'm not really surprised. For years, Rockwell Trading has built a massive following through our email newsletters. All we did was open another medium where they could get the information they need. It only goes to show that when you provide people with valuable information - information that can help solve their problems and improve their lives - they will seek you out.”
When asked what his intentions for the future were - now that his page is on the social media radar - Heitkoetter answered: “The primary goal for the next 12 months is to reach more than 100,000 people on Facebook and share with them how I trade stocks and options. Looking further ahead though, the ultimate goal is to become the top name when it comes to providing stock market trading education.”
Heitkoetter explained the driving force behind his success. He said that it boiled down to two things. Keeping things simple, and the urge to help as many people as possible achieve financial freedom.
“Trading completely changed my life. It allowed me to do anything I wanted, plus I get to spend as much time as I want with my family. And this is something I want others to experience too. I just want to help people live the life that I currently have. It makes me happy.”
Based on the interactions his page gets, there is no doubt that Heitkoetter is definitely on track to achieving those goals this 2018. And by doing so, help change the lives of countless individuals.
