St. Johns, Oregon, April 5, 2016— One of the top employment agencies in St. Johns, OR, Express Employment Professionals, is joining the fight against hunger with a day of volunteerism known as “Brand It Blue Day.”
Associates, clients, and friends of many of the Express Employment Professionals offices will unite at their local food banks and pantries to battle the worldwide issue currently impacting millions - hunger.
“This is a chance for Express offices to honor the communities that have supported us through the years by giving back.” Says Bryan Baker, Express St. Johns’ Managing Partner.
The Express St. Johns office, otherwise known as Express North Portland, will be partnering with the Portland Police Bureau’s Sunshine Division. Between now and June 11th, Express will be hosting a food drive at its office, located at 4790 North Lombard Street, where you can drop off non-perishable food items. On June 11th, volunteers will bring the food to the Sunshine Division and continue to volunteer on site.
