Sisters Rodeo 2016 After Party Hosted By Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill

Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill, based in Sisters, OR, is proud to announce that they are sponsoring the 2016 Sisters Rodeo. They are also hosting the after party with live music from 9pm to 2am every night from June 8 through June 11, 2016. The party itself is sponsored by Crown Royal and Coors Lite.

Sisters Saloon opened for business on April 1, 2016, in the historic Hotel Sisters building. The rodeo after-party has been hosted at the same location for many years by Bronco Billy's Ranch Grill & Saloon which closed in 2015.

Aaron Okura from Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill says: "We're very happy to be sponsoring the Sisters Rodeo this year. The rodeo has been a huge success every year, and it really defines our community. We look forward to welcoming everybody at our saloon every night after the rodeo."

The first Sisters Rodeo was hosted in 1940. It was known as the 'Biggest Little Show in the World' due to the fact that the rodeo, although hosted in a small town, offered purses equal to those in Cheyenne and Pendleton. Since the 1940s, the event has been a success year after year, bringing together members of the community and amateur and professional cowboys alike. From the first time the rodeo was held, it was produced completely by volunteers, except for the stock suppliers and announcers. This is still the case to this day.

The Hotel Sisters building has been an iconic landmark in the town since 1912 and is one of the most photographed buildings in Central Oregon. Beautifully restored to include modern amenities, the building retains its Old West charm, which is also reflected in Sisters Saloon's menu. The food is locally sourced and organic wherever possible.

"The biggest party of the year is back," adds Aaron Okura. "Multiple patio bars, delicious slow-smoked BBQ, Coors Light beer trucks, the Joe Slick Band (formerly Bullet Creek that has come to Oregon to play at this event many years), Crown Royal girls, and Country swing dancing under the big tent."
