Frankie Roman of Roman Plumbing in New Port Richey, Florida, has been inducted as the President of the Florida Plumbing - Heating - Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC). Roman has been president and master plumber of Roman Plumbing since 2002, after he relocated from New York City to the Tampa Bay Area in 1999.
