Tina Hendrick with Ray A. Shaffer, Inc. in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, has been named Contractor of the Year by the PHCC of Pennsylvania. She has been at Ray A. The Plumbing - Heating - Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) has a history of assisting contractors for more than 130 years. The organization offers services, information, and various resources to plumbers and others in the industry, helping to set the standards for service and representing more than 3,500 contractors and members who provide services to residential and commercial customers. The organization works as an advocate on legislative and regulatory issues for the industry.

Ray A. Shaffer is a founding member of the Quality Service Contractors, which started in 1995.
