Mighty Lube in Chattanooga, Tennessee, has announced new conveyor chain lubrication systems. The company states that they can assist industries with avoiding downtime and chain replacement with a wide range of products and services.

The company states that in addition to automatic conveyor lubrication they also carry multiple line lubrication systems that are available for most configurations. Shuford states that these systems are ideal for plants with a medium number of conveyors and that they require no plant air in order to operate.
"All of our products are designed to give you maximum efficiency and to provide your plant with an economical solution to your conveyor lubrication needs," Shuford says. "Plus, they are all really easy to install so there is never any wasted time in getting them up and running."
The company's systematic lubrication equipment use patented microprocessor controls which allow for ease of operation. Shuford states that operations can be done with the single push of a button, and the simple menu can easily be programmed for use in any plant, without complicated readings or switches to be set.
The lubrication system offers a five and a half gallon capacity heavy duty steel reservoir and a low level audio alarm. The included programmable microprocessor includes an easy to navigate keypad, password access for authorized users, and an easy to read LCD display that shows the current chain link and speed as well as programmed values for each conveyor.
Shuford says that optional features are also available and include a remote fill system which can eliminate the need to climb ladders for higher conveyors, which the company says offers a much more safe working environment overall.
