Initially Dissatisfied Customer Revises Yoga Mat Review

Hardly any tools or equipment are needed to practice yoga, although a yoga mat is often required for safety and comfort. Nicholas J. himself acknowledged that his review was initially made out of anger, leading to him to being more scathing than he had intended. He says, "I thought I had revised this earlier but I guess I didn't. When I initially got the mat and used it after cleaning, I was pretty annoyed and got on the internet to vent."

He has revised his review to reflect that he was promptly contacted by Yogi Master to resolve the issue, as well as offering him a free hot yoga towel by means of apology. He has since continued to use the mat and is very happy with it now, despite it requiring more frequent cleaning than other forms of mats. According to Yogi Master, however, this is due to the extra padding and quality of the mat itself.
