Enjoy New Year's Eve and Day at The Third Annual Old Sturbridge Massachusetts Antique Show

The date has been set for the upcoming annual Central Massachusetts Antique Show. This is the third year for the show, which brings together antique vendors and enthusiasts from all over New England. The event, which is held in Old Sturbridge Massachusetts is set for December 31, 2016 and will run until the evening of January 1, 2017.

Dave White, a spokesperson for the event says, "This year's show will run from New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and is sure to be an event worth attending. We expect many vendors who will show off their collections of antiques from various periods throughout history."

White states that the show is set to be held at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center on U.S. Route 20 at the junction of Interstate 84 and the Massachusetts Turnpike, I-90. The event is sure to bring about thousands of antique lovers throughout the area. Those interested in learning more can visit the Antique Show Facebook page to get a better idea of the vendors that will be attending.

White points out that dealer space for the event is still available and that antique vendors who are interested in participating should contact the event committee quickly to ensure that they get a space before the show begins.

"More than 85 dealers have already signed up," says White. "We're looking for this show to top the last two with regards to vendors as well as visitors."

Hors d'oeuvres and a reception that includes entertainment is set for the afternoon of Saturday, December 31, 2016. Advanced viewing will also be available at that time. An onsite appraisal service will be available, operated by Peter Yvanovich, President of the New England Inventory & Appraisal Services. Door prizes, a raffle, and other fun and entertainment are also set for the event. The New Year's Day show will begin at 10:00 a.m. and run until 4:00 p.m.
