Grace Foods Launches Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce on Amazon

Grace Foods, the Caribbean’s leading food manufacturer and distributor, recently launch another product, their Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce on the giant shopping portal Amazon.com. The main ingredient of the product which is the green scotch bonnet pepper is a variety of chili pepper which can be found mainly in the Caribbean islands.

The newly launched sauce is made from green scotch bonnet peppers. Scotch bonnet peppers have a heat rating of 100,000 - 350,000 scoville units which is hotter than any jalapeno peppers which usually have a heat rating of 2,500 to 8, 000. Scotch bonnet pepper may be hot but has a sweeter flavor than the Habanero relative with which it is often confused.
