The announcement comes barely a month after several New York based websites joined forces to educate the public on how to get genuine coupons. According to Dennis Scheffler, the founder of getyoucoupons.com, “Retailers and hotels from all around the country offer numerous coupons on multiple products but most of the coupons end up getting wasted.” Kim however said that with a little bit of awareness, everyone would be happy to search and use coupons as much as they could.

According to the website co-founder, Dennis Scheffler, his website has Amazon as the biggest online retailer they have partnered with. However, Dennis also says that customers could still find hundreds of coupons for numerous products from other retailers.

“Amazon is our biggest partners, and the main source of the coupons you can find at GetYourCouponCodes.com. In fact, the Amazon coupons you can find on our sites are sometimes so many that some of them expire before people have picked them. That’s not what we hope for going forward however. We want to see people claiming these coupons and getting great deals with them,” Scheffler said.

Dennis however says that there are certain days and events when people crave for coupons the most. According to his statistics; people grab coupons for Black Friday and Christmas way faster than for any other event. He further says that other public holidays like Independence days do see customer flock his website for coupons, although not as much as they do during Christmas. Dennis, like other websites creating awareness about coupons for typical products say that he would like to see people search for coupons on every available product.
