Dr. Rose Maina is a master storyteller. She learned how to tell great stories from a young age growing up Eastern Africa. She has worked for over 30 years in the field of Child Development and Early Childhood Education teaching young children, their parents and training teachers. She has worked as an administrator of many ECE programs as a Director, where she supervised private and public ECE programs.
She enjoys presenting workshops and has presented at several NAEYC and NHSA conferences on the subject of Storytelling, Early Literacy, easy grant writing, secrets of great supervising for ECE Directors, and how to evaluate ECE programs. She is currently teaching ECE and Child Development courses at 2 and 4 year colleges.
