The Better Business Bureau presented the 2016 Torch Award; the 2016 Angie's List Super Service Award and the “Best Of Customer Service on Houzz were given in recognition of the service standards of the firm.
On Wednesday, January 19, The 2016 Torch Award was presented to Michael Gesmond by Jim Camp, Better Business Bureau President and CEO of Central South Carolina and the city of Charleston. The award luncheon was held at the Harbor Club. Heritage Pools was the only Charleston area of the prestigious award.
A second award came from Angie's List. The Super Service Award reflects an exemplary year of customer service to members of the local services marketplace. The consumer review site winners meet strict eligibility requirements. These include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade. The Super Service Award (SSA) winners must also be in good standing with Angie's List, pass a background check and follow the operational guidelines set by Angie's List.
The Houzz award selected Heritage Pools as the leading platform for home remodeling and design. Heritage Pools was chosen by the more than 40 million monthly unique users that comprise the Houzz community from among more than one million active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.
