The new scholarship was created for 2018, with a goal of awarding to a student each year from 2018 onward. More awareness to the scholarship and increased value is expected in future years. Any undergraduate or postgraduate student currently studying culinary fields, health-related subjects or nutritional subjects may be eligible to apply and win the scholarship. The first award will be made in May of 2018.
