Custom automation equipment, TPMI Corp., occupying a Carlson Business Center office space since 2005, announces their expansion into packaging line layout and 3d design services, as well as custom machinery design.
Founded in 1983, TPMI Corp. designs and manufactures affordable custom and standard automation packaging equipment, such as cartoning machinery, case-packing machinery, case top sealers, case erectors and case loading machinery.
While focusing on custom automation equipment, TPMI Corp. was also builds standard equipment such as cartoners, case packers, feeding equipment, feeding/labeling systems, and conveyor systems.

TPMI’s new fully automatic custom case sealer for boxes of meat products can cycle up to 40 boxes per minute and allows the main flaps of the boxes to overlap, creating an efficient pneumatic fold. They also offer a semi-automatic knockdown case feeding/labeling system with automatic print and apply labeler and a complete drop packaging system for 8 oz. and 12 oz. bottles of pancake syrup.
TPMI Corp. typically quotes the special engineering projects with a prototype machine approach. TPMI Corp. builds a prototype of the hardest part of potential projects to prove or disprove the approach. If the approach is a success, TPMI Corp. will proceed with the rest of the system. If not, only a small amount of the total project is lost and a large loss is avoided.
