Firefighters and EMS Fund Staff to Attend Fire-Rescue International

ARLINGTON, Virginia – The Firefighters and EMS Fund staff will attend the Firefighter Rescue International at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.

Thousands of fire and emergency service leaders from all across North America and around the world will be in attendance to learn, network and collaborate. FRI covers area of education in navigating the political environments, managing change, ethical leadership, career development and more.

Exhibitors will be setup for showcase to promote the newest fire service innovations in apparatus, technology, equipment, gear and more.

The mission of the Firefighters and EMS Fund is simple: to provide a grassroots voice for firefighters across the country in the state and local political process.

Their mission begins by supporting ballot initiatives and working to elect political leaders at the state and local level that understand our firefighters’ and public safety officers’ interests. They do not just want to start the discussion of issues affecting America’s firefighters, they seek to use political action to solve the very real problems that exist that have made firefighters’ jobs more dangerous and thankless.
