Previously, he held the title of Secretary of the Florida organization and was a member of its Executive Council.
Mr. Todd has had a distinguished career as an attorney in the Gulf Coast area. He joined Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in 1990 after graduating magna cum laude from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Since then, he has represented more than 1000 clients in personal injury, car accident and wrongful death claims.
In addition to his role on the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association, Mr. Todd is also a member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
