LandrumHR Names New Director of Staffing

LandrumHR, a PEO and full-service HR outsourcing company, is proud to announce the addition of a new member to its management team. James “Jim” Howe has been appointed Director of Staffing.

This addition will support the staffing division and LandrumHR’s ability to deliver innovative talent solutions that allow clients to reach their current and future goals.

Howe brings 25 years of extensive knowledge in sales, recruitment, and client-minded operational strategies. He most recently led several branch offices for a national recruitment company located in Chicago. He played an integral role in redefining their service delivery model by aligning the clients’ needs within current market conditions. The combination of these factors resulted in placing talented candidates quickly, and creating a high level of employee retention and reducing turnover.
