Jeff Cybart Closes 6th Anthem Real Estate Transaction In June

TCT Real Estate is pleased to announce that Jeff Cybart, a local Anthem AZ home Realtor, has just closed his 6th Anthem real estate transaction for the month of June, 2015. "The home for sale market in Anthem AZ has really been brisk the last few months as both buyers and sellers are taking advantage of the low interest rates," says Jeff. 

The Anthem housing market has been shown signs of improvement, with more listings hitting the market in May than we've seen in a while.  The five year average is 134 and there were 140 in the month of May, in addition the average selling price on average was up almost $37,000. "The number of homes for sale in Anthem is rising, but prices are remaining strong," says Jeff. 

The Anthem housing market activity is not only allowing Jeff to assist sellers who are looking to take advantage of the market activity, but also assist buyers.  Jeff has just recently introduced a buyer rebate program that allows Anthem home buyers to take advantage of closing cost rebates that Jeff is offering.  The current housing market appears to be a great opportunity for anyone looking to purchase in Anthem Arizona.
