Elgin Martial Arts School Hosts Annual Breakfast with Santa Event

Kyuki-Do Martial Arts of Elgin had its annual Breakfast with Santa and Toys for Tots event at 792 S. McLean Blvd., Elgin, IL 60123 on December 1, 2018.

A hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage and toast were served during the event. Students of the martial arts academy and their family members were able to take pictures with Santa Claus who made a special appearance at the event. Additionally, many toys were donated from the students and their friends and family and collected by supporters and volunteers from the Toys for Tots organization.

Jeff Kim, owner of the elgin martial arts school, said that “over the past 10 plus years, we’ve been hosting this event for our students and their families and the donations of toys always increases every year. Every year, we’re excited to be part of the Marine Toys for Tots mission of providing new unwrapped toys to less fortunate kids in our area.”

Kyuki-Do Martial Arts of Elgin, Inc. has been serving the fox valley community area since 1968, when the academy began under Ken Ok Hyung Kim, the founder of the Art of Kyuki-Do.
