After 11 years of operation, the local pack and ship store has refreshed it’s look and added even more value for their customers. After just under a month, renovations have already been completed and the shipping and packing company is open for business.
In tandem with the renovations, the store has also expanded its already extensive product line. On top of their wide selection of boxes, bubble wrap, and office supplies, The Mail Box Store has now added handy cell phone accessories, an expanded greeting card selection, and have introduced the popular brand of Melissa & Doug products to their repertoire.
The company will continue to offer their usual services such as Bethalto Mail Box Rental, Notary services, and professional packing but is always keeping their customers in mind by adding an additional computer station where one can print off mailing labels or even get assistance with renting a U-Haul.
Director of Store Operations, Barry Pfeiffer, says, "Our team is excited to continue offering great service to our customers in a new, modern store setting. We've opened the store up and created more service space allowing us to assist more customers at a given time. Our goal is to continue offering great products and services to a wonderful customer base that has supported us for over 11 years. If it were not for their support and business, we would not be able to make these upgrades and improvements."
While there is not a Grand Re-Opening scheduled at the present time, the team hopes to hold a small celebration with the public sometime after the holiday season.
