Frisco School Of Music Students Present Music Showcase: The Best Results Of Their Music Lessons

The Frisco School of Music in Frisco, TX held a performance event for their beginning students, as can be seen on their website www.friscoschoolofmusic.com. Students of all ages performed solos and duets for their family and friends in a welcoming and friendly performance arena that fosters enjoyment of music. Members of the community attended the event to show their support for the new students.

Chris Duncan, from the Frisco School of Music says, "We run regular performance events for all of our students, and we feel it is time to highlight our beginners and show how much they have learned in their group classes. Additionally, it will be an opportunity for those who take private lessons, and haven't yet had a chance to perform this year, to showcase their talents."

During the performances, people are able to enjoy music played by students of all ages and levels with all instruments represented plus vocal students too. Students take weekly lessons and they are encouraged to share some of music selections they have been working on during that time. "The performance will be representative of all different musical styles and genres," adds Duncan. "This includes anything from standard teaching repertoire to contemporary, but also classical, jazz, rock, R&B and much more. Students will play their pieces on a variety of different instruments, such as piano, guitar, bass, voice, violin, viola, voice, drums, clarinet, saxophone, and more."

The page lists any events that the school is organizing, as well as giving people the opportunity to communicate with eachother and with the school about their lessons or musical interests.
