Salt Lake City, UT – Ready Lifestyle, an emergency training school located in the Salt Lake City area of Utah, has started providing bug out bag training for free to anyone that is interested in preparing for a disaster.
Joe Ready, owner of Ready Lifestyle, had this to say, ”In today’s social and political environment, many of us feel unsure of what’s coming next. It doesn’t matter which side of the isle you’re on, things just seem like they could crumble at any minute. This has led to a massive growth in the number of people that are interested in preparedness. In order to help these new preppers find their way, we intend to provide basic level training at no cost, starting with our bug out bag training.”
Many preppers who are first starting out are looking to put together a bug out bag. These bags contain everything that’s needed to survive for a few days while they move from their home to a more secure area following a natural or man made disaster.
Food, water, shelter and minor tools are all part of the traditional bug out bag, but the sheer amount of poor quality training and information available to the novice prepper makes creating a quality bug out bag seem like an overwhelming task. This is where Ready Lifestyle comes in.
Ready Lifestyle’s bug out bag training seems very similar to a lot of other information out there until the reader gets deeper into the material. This training goes beyond the simple list of items to put into a bug out bag. That bug out bag list is still there, but it also explains how to choose different types of equipment for a bug out bag based on the user's current location, the needs of their family and other scenarios that change what goes into a bug out bag.
The training also covers why you would choose a certain item over another, something that most others ignore completely. Courses that go this in depth are typically behind some kind of pay wall or require physical attendance in one of their classes. Now, all of this information is free to anyone who is interested.
“We aren’t the only ones out there providing this type of training to our students and readers, but it’s difficult to find other that do it as well as we do,” said Ready. “We believe everyone needs to be prepared to take care of their families in a disaster and that shouldn’t come with an outrageous price tag.”
