Pensacola Hearing Aids Center Hosting September Food Drive

Community invited to drop off food; receive free hearing test or hearing aid batteries

Pensacola, Fla. – A Pensacola hearing aids center, Beltone Hancock Hearing Aid Center, today announces it will be participating in the Annual Beltone National Food Drive to help fight hunger, joining hundreds of other Beltone Hearing Centers across the country.

Throughout the month of September, people are invited to bring in a non-perishable food item to Beltone Hancock Hearing Care Center, located at 6024 N 9th Ave, Pensacola, FL 32504. All food donations brought to the Pensacola hearing test center will be distributed to local area food banks to help those in need.

Once people make their donation, they can choose to make an appointment for a free hearing screening in appreciation of their contribution. According to the National Institutes of Health, approximately 15 percent of American adults (37.5 million) aged 18 and over report some trouble hearing. Those donating food who already wear hearing aids will receive a free pack of batteries. They can also try the company’s newest hearing aids, Beltone Amaze™.
