Real Cannabis Entrepreneur has just announced that its 2019 conference was a huge success. Those who founded the event could not possibly be more thrilled with the turnout. The positive results of this year’s conference have created even more excitement as they look forward to hosting the event again in 2020.

The Real Cannabis Entrepreneur Conference was the brainchild of Gary & Marie George. It came about through their own frustrations as they tried to learn more about being successful at making a living growing cannabis. Gary said that this year’s conference took place November 15th-16th in Newark, New Jersey. It was held at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham. He said some of the topics that were covered at this year’s conference included how to start a dispensary, CBD product lines, or a smokeshop/headshop. There was also startup information on those looking to get into the edibles and infusion end of the cannabis business.

The co-founder also mentioned that the event featured many speakers who are leaders in the cannabis industry. The headline speakers included Dr. Burnetta ‘Bee’ Thomas, the so-called ‘Queen of Cannabis; seasoned cannabis consultant Matt Sibert who himself has launched 5 dispensaries; and Nick Kraus founder and CEO of Herban Creative, a fast-growing cannabis-focused digital marketing company. He said their collection of speakers featured 36 years of cumulative experience in this young industry.

Gary also said that part of the reason for holding the Real Cannabis Entrepreneur Conference was to debunk the myth that the only way to break into the cannabis business was to operate a dispensary. They did that by exposing people to the 1000’s of ancillary cannabis businesses that are now being created. The conference presented real-life examples, business models, solutions, and strategies that people can use to immediately start generating capital in the rapidly growing cannabis business.
