Customers can schedule an appointment with the establishment to obtain an estimate after the vehicle becomes damaged, whether it’s a minor scratch or the car was involved in a major collision.
During the appointment, the team at Three-C Body Shop will explain how the claims process works and can provide written material and other tools to assist the customer during the claims process. The estimate is provided to the customer, which can be emailed. When applicable, they can also set up a rental vehicle to meet the customer at their home or office. The car will be safely transported to the production facility and the customer will be informed on what to expect during the repair process.
