Helping Hands Herbals - Boulder Recreational Dispensary and Medical Marijuana has decided to continue their curbside cannabis service. They had previously made the decision to close proactively out of an abundance of caution, even before the state required them to do so, but they are now open every day from 10 AM to 4 PM. It is evident that Helping Hands truly cares about their customers and employees, and that they hold their safety as the top priority above all.
A spokesperson for Helping Hands Herbals had this to say: “In response to customers' excitement about the safety of the COVID sales process, curbside is here to stay as long as allowed by CO law.”
Although the COVID pandemic has put a damper on the operations of most dispensaries and other local businesses, the company spokesperson says they are hardly sitting idly by. They are keeping up to date on the best ways to distribute their products in a safe manner during this time of crisis. This includes refining their process for curbside pickup, and preparing for the future possibility of both medical and public marijuana deliveries. The company spokesperson says that there are some hurdles to overcome with marijuana delivery in such a highly regulated industry with patchwork rules from city to city; but a pre-existing city ordinance in Boulder that is a decade old opened up the possibility of deliveries for medical marijuana within the confines of Boulder city limits. They are hoping that delivery practice with the medical market will prepare them for future public delivery that has been approved at the State level for January 2021. They say that as long as an option is presented to them that does not endanger their customers' health and safety in any way, or go against current laws, they will consider it.

Here are some examples of those Google reviews that specifically mention this Boulder dispensary’s excellent customer service. The first one is from Kay Howe who says, “People who work there are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They’re willing to take all the time you need to help you figure out what you want and are super patient. My definite go-to dispo!” Here is another from Michael Berg that states, “I wish I could give you guys 10 stars!! My experience was amazing. I will be returning every time I'm your way. You all really do care about your customers and it shows. I would definitely recommend.”
The company spokesperson noted that their dispensary is the second in Colorado that received a license to sell medical marijuana. Their customer base has steadily grown since that time. They are well-known for the compassionate and knowledgeable way that they go about doing their business. The company spokesperson also mentioned that there are actually two different dispensaries located right next to each other at their 1021 Pearl St, Boulder location. There is the medical store that accepts patients 18+ with a state-issued Medical Marijuana Card, and also the recreational store that only requires patrons to be 21 or older.
