Denver, Colorado - May 11, 2020 - PRESSADVANTAGE -
As people continue to adapt to the norms of social distancing, medical professionals and first responders are still busy helping people recover the "new normal."
Like many other local business owners, Denver Concrete Inc owner Cade Lee felt compelled to give back to the men and women on the front lines battling the virus.

Denver Concrete has restructured its estimate process for medical personnel and first responders. This restructuring includes a significant price reduction in addition to eliminating project minimum requirements.
Lee started, “It’s the least we can do for those putting their own health and wellbeing above their own personal needs.”
According to Lee, the response within the Denver community has been well received.
In part, the concrete damage in Colorado can be attributed to the temperature changes and frequent freeze/thaw cycles. As noted in a Denver Post article, it's not unheard of to see a temperature swing of more than 30 degrees. These rapid changes can create additional stress on concrete, resulting in features.
Another potential cause for concrete issues, particularly driveway cracking, is due to the large amounts of bentonite in Colorado soil. Bentonite is also commonly known as swelling soil. As the soil becomes damp it expands. This can cause a number of issues, such as driveways becoming unlevel and cracking or cracks in the foundation of a structure.
According to Lee, these are all considerations that should be evaluated by any concrete contractor you're considering. Lee notes, "These factors could have an effect on the quality of workmanship in a few months or years." Obviously, the last thing any homeowner wants is for a freshly poured concrete pad to become damaged just after being poured.
“It's important we complete work we’re proud to stand behind,” said Lee. "We like to let the quality of our installations and our word of mouth referrals speak for themselves."
One notable project recently completed within the last couple of months was an excavation, retaining wall installation, and a concrete pad that was completed in 3 days. Denver Concrete has posted several recent projects on their Twitter and Facebook profiles.
Denver Concrete Inc is known in Denver, Colorado as an experienced flatwork company specializing in patios, driveways, and concrete repair.
Owner Cade Lee stated, “We strive to ensure every project is completed with the utmost professionalism.” Lee continued to explain that many people just deal with their damaged concrete patios and driveways because of how much concrete repair costs.
