Miami Beach Vein Institute Expands Vein Treatment to All of Miami

MIAMI – Miami Beach Vein Institute, one of Florida’s top medical practices dedicated to treating varicose and spider veins, announced today that it is expanding to offer its services across Miami.  This makes the practice accessible to people throughout the Miami area.

Dr. Malvehy provides expert diagnosis and treatment, taking a multidisciplinary approach to varicose vein treatment and spider vein treatment.  He uses a combination of vein treatment techniques to customize therapy on a patient-by-patient basis. He has deep roots in the city of Miami. He was raised in Miami Beach, Bay Harbor and Sunny Isles/Aventura before graduating from the University of Miami and the University of Miami School of Medicine, where he was a Medical Scholar.

Dr. Malvehy is certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM). Only 675 physicians in the US are certified by the Board.  Certification by the Board denotes extensive experience and expertise in treating venous disease. He is the only Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS) in Miami Beach - one of only 17 in Florida.  RPhS is a certification awarded to professionals with extensive vein disease diagnostic expertise.
