The outdoor hiring event took place on Thursday, September 3rd, at the Express Albany office located on 14th Ave. The event was open to the public and lasted from 10 AM to 2 PM. The outdoor event bloomed as a creative solution to putting people to work without risking the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Additionally, all participants and employees were required to wear a mask to protect the safety of everyone that attended.
The outdoor hiring event allowed candidates to submit applications in person and meet with hiring specialists to determine eligibility for open positions.
