Addition Opens Door To Serve More Clients
Scottsdale, AZ: Pinnacle Peak Recovery celebrated four years of treating its client family this year and one major milestone was the addition of a new sober-living home for its men’s program.
The men’s capacity for its partial hospitalization program (PHP) increased from 10 to 18 this fall with the new residential space named Union Hills House.
“We are excited to mark our progress with an expansion to our residential treatment space,” said Shannon Reid, coordinator for intake and alumni.
Clients participating in the residential treatment program live in the Scottsdale area and have the opportunity to enjoy the desert surroundings. The separate residential facilities for men and women ensure a safe and secure 24/7-monitored living environment. Clients also benefit from fresh, organic foods and a strategic meal plan that aligns with health, wellness, and recovery.
Pinnacle Peak Recovery features individual and group therapy with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and holistic therapies. These additional programs are designed to increase overall health and decrease stress through yoga, meditation, hiking, and equine therapy. All activities take place in a structured, supportive environment, with a goal of finding a sense of well-being and joy in healthy ways. It also makes use of the principles found in 12-step programs.
