ESL Recruiting Company Launches Search For Teachers

New Life ESL, a recruiting company based in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, has announced a search for English speaking teachers who want to reside and teach in the country. The company was founded as an independent recruiting agency by American expats living in Asia. They wanted to offer the opportunity to others to experience overseas living, while providing a much needed service in certain regions.

The company works with more than 250 schools, both public and private, throughout China. Services are provided at no cost to teachers. The company earns money from the schools when teachers are placed, and they use those funds to provide room and board for the teachers that they are able to place.

Schools are personally vetted by the company to ensure that teachers are well cared for while residing in the country. New Life ESL personally looks over contracts to ensure fairness to teachers, and speaks with current and former teachers from each school about working conditions and employee treatment.

Interviews are done via Skype consultations. Once a school that matches the interests and experience of the teacher is found, details are provided to the applicant, and an interview with the school representative is held. Once the interview is passed, a contract is signed and Visa application begins. Teachers are picked up from the airport, and New Life ESL staff provides assistance with housing and other living necessities. The company is available throughout tenure to answer questions or provide assistance.
