North Carolina Company Swan Manor Announces New Breathtaking Wedding Venue

Monroe, North Carolina's Swan Manor has announced that they are open and accepting reservations for weddings. The 6,800 square foot mansion features three story columns in the front, and is complete with a gazebo in the back.

The wedding venue Charlotte and Monroe NC is available for weddings of most sizes, and the manor features a staff that can provide everything from food to pictures. Located officially in Monroe, the manor serves the greater Charlotte area, offering a small wedding venue that is sure to be a hit, according to Cantile.

"We have the perfect place for an elegant and graceful wedding, corporate getaway, anniversary celebration, you name it," he states. "Our packages are reasonably priced, and we can create a custom package for those who need those little extras."

The Swan Manor event venue is available now and the staff claims it the perfect place for a wedding. The home's interior offers a foyer with bridal and groom's suites for dressing, as well as various sitting rooms and even a bar service area. There is also an adjacent carriage house where receptions are held, and a ballroom that can hold up to 100 guests and be decorated for any chosen theme.

During warmer months, the venue opens up doors to a lighted patio that can also be used for weddings or other parties.

Swan Manor also offers bridal packages that include flowers, cocktails, entrees, a DJ for up to four hours for the reception, and a fondant cake for the bride.

"We really do offer everything you need to host the perfect wedding," states Cantile. The manor is available at various times throughout the month, and Cantile suggests calling a few months beforehand to ensure that the date chosen can be accommodated.
