The Heart to Heart with The Adoption Community is an event for everyone with ties to adoption. Join this LIVE conversation to learn more about AFTH Birth Parents, Adoptees, and Adoptive Parents. They are coming together to celebrate the beauty of adoption and the challenges some may face.

Director Heidi Gonzalez shares, "Proceeds from this event will go directly to AFTHs program and services, as well as the Birth Parent Scholarship Fund. AFTH Educational scholarships are available for parents who have placed their child for adoption with AFTH."
