Pensacola, FL, Mar, 2022 — Express Employment Professionals of Pensacola took home honors at the staffing firm’s 39th annual International Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, according to Charles Bockwith, Pensacola Express franchisee.
The Pensacola Express office received the Gold Circle of Excellence or Fast Track Award which recognizes top-performing offices in the Express system for sales, recruitment, and placement.

Nearly 1,200 Express franchisees and their staff attended the company’s annual International Leadership Conference Feb. 23 – 26, which featured workshops and training on staffing and workplace issues such as leadership, resiliency, company culture, and maximizing team potential.
