Fayette Hobbies Organizes Charity Indoor RC Fly-in Fundraiser For Bloom Our Youth

Fayette Hobbies, a company based in Peachtree City, GA that specializes in RC hobbies, organized a charity fundraiser to benefit the Bloom Our Youth of Fayette County. The fundraising event was also supported by Chick-fil-A and Pinewood Studios. On November 7, 2015, R/C hobbyists were invited to enjoy a 5 hour event that hosted a variety of indoor radio controlled flying contests such as the Balloon Pop, Limbo and Mini Quad Obstacle Course and Carrier Landings. Those who partook in these events were also able to win various prizes.

A special thanks to Fayette Flyers who gave $1000 to our charity, Bloom Our Youth, Fayette County's Foster Child Organization."

Bloom is a private nonprofit organization that helps to provide homes for children that have been removed from their homes because of neglect, abuse and other tragic circumstances. It was founded in 1986 by a group of citizens from Fayette County.
