Woodinville Awards Shop Sponsors Motorcycle Club Race

Woodinville, WA — Every year, a provider of specialty trophies in Woodinville, WA, Northwest Trophies, sponsors an off-road race held by the Stumpjumpers Motorcycle Club. The race, as always, was held in Odessa, WA in April and this year marked the 50th anniversary of the race.

Since “this annual race began, the Desert 100, once known as Mattawa, has been the most prestigious off-road race of the year,” as stated on the Stumpjumpers website. “On Sunday morning the air is buzzing as 1000+ racers prepare to compete in the weekend finale, The Stumpjumpers Desert 100 Race. Immediately after the mandatory rider’s meeting, the massive group of dirt bikes will parade out from the stage to be lined up. Pros and amateurs will position across the longest start line anywhere and await the cannon blast that signals the start of the 100-mile race.” The weekend finale race is the Desert 100, preceded by other races, such as the Family Poker Run, Iron Man Poker Run, Beginner Ladies Ride, and Adventure/Dual-Sport Poker Run. The Stumpjumpers Motorcycle Club also hosts a food drive throughout the race weekend. All food donations (including pet food) are given to the Odessa Food Bank.

Northwest Trophies supplied all the trophies, T-shirts and sweatshirts for the Desert 100, as well as other promotional items. In addition, they also donated $500 to the winner of the Holeshot Award, $250 to the top female winner and $100 to the first-place finisher of each mini-class race, which is based on age groups.
