The Sunday School Store Launches Free Bible Lesson Website

Louisville, KY — This week, The Sunday School Store announced a free kids’ Bible lesson website.

This new website will support smaller churches and congregations outside the United States. The goal is to provide up-to-date children’s ministry curriculum at no cost to local ministries.

As the effects of the pandemic continue to linger into 2023, many churches are still feeling the financial strain. The decrease in both attendance and donations has caused many churches to take a hit on their budgets, leaving them struggling to cover costs for resources such as Bible teaching material for children. With this decrease in funding, some churches have been forced to downsize or even close completely due to lack of support.

The free Bible lessons are available worldwide. In many countries, church congregations cannot afford to purchase religious curriculum for kids. The Sunday School Store hopes to bridge this gap and make it easier for international congregations to have the same educational resources available to them as those in more affluent countries.

This new resource is possible through a partnership with Ministry-To-Children.com. Their library of children’s ministry resources will be available through the new project. The goal is to provide up-to-date educational material while at no cost to local ministries.

“We see a big need,” said Tony Kummer, the founder of The Sunday School Store. “Every week we hear from churches who have not recovered since the Pandemic shut down. They have gone from dozens of children attending to less than a handful. They don’t want to abandon the children’s ministry, but they can’t spend hundreds of dollars on printed teaching material.”

Complementing this new website, The Sunday School Store also offers a free youth ministry website. This site contains age-appropriate resources for High School and Middle School church ministry.
