LEAD Conveyancing Frankston, a subset of Australia’s premier conveyancing firm, has announced the launch of their YouTube channel. This “highly anticipated” launch comes after founder Trinh Thai assessed an educational need in the buyers and sellers community. Conveyancing, which is the legal transfer of a property from one person to another, can be a cumbersome process, Thai states. Many buyers and sellers feel blindsided by the process and are shocked by how long it can take. Thai decided to create a YouTube channel to not only demystify the conveyancing process but to help buyers and sellers realize that they don’t have to do it on their own.

"All conveyancing must be done through licensed property lawyers,” Thai says. “Everyone on the team is well experienced in property law, and has tons of knowledge and expertise in this field.”

The process of conveyancing requires submitting contracts and vendor statements, working through many legal restrictions, and negotiating down to a settlement. Without a lawyer, buyers and sellers would be up a creek without a paddle, Thai says. Buyers and sellers are already inundated with the real estate process. Taking conveyancing off their hands can help free up much-needed time and energy.

“We know what our buyers and sellers want – a quick and efficient settlement,” says Thai. “That's what we do for our clients. We are also great at reviewing contracts for any red flags, supporting negotiations for our clients, and navigating through the minefield of legal restrictions that can leave a deal stalled out.”

The YouTube channel will serve as a centralized educational platform where Thai and her team will share knowledge and best practices for going through conveyancing. This is where buyers and sellers can not only learn about the process but meet some of LEAD Conveyancing’s top lawyers. Like Kristy Fletcher, Senior Lawyer/Solicitor who has received countless “5 Star” reviews on Google. Fletcher, who before joining LEAD Conveyancing worked for high-volume firms that managed multi-million dollar contracts, brings a level of focus and expertise that clients love. Her contract reviews have helped her clients save money and avoid legal pitfalls that could tank deals. Thai says that Fletcher is one of the best things to ever happen to the firm.

“She’s like a hawk,” Thai compliments. “We call her the Queen of Queensland for her invaluable experience in property law there.”

Another major player on the LEAD Conveyancing team is Senior Lawyer Sherry Chen. Chen, a multilingual doctorate holder who speaks 5 languages, has worked in property law since 2013. Her entire career has been in conveyancing and property law, so when it comes to this business, there are few people who are as experienced and knowledgeable as she is. Thai says she brings tremendous value to the company.

“Sherry makes everyone around her better,” Thai states. “A true leader, through and through.”

Other company members include lawyers Shay Adhar and Heidi Davison. Two paralegals, Mark Fletcher and Nicholas Tsau, support the Senior suite. This small but mighty team has accrued over 100 5-star reviews on Google, with an overall rating of 4.9. The company has also won the Word of Mouth “Best Service” Award for 2022 and 2023. Since 2020, they’ve been voted “Best Customer Service.” They are also certified members of PEXA – the nation’s leading online settlement and conveyancing tracking system.

“We hope that our customers and prospective clients can see how hard we work to provide friendly, thorough and timely service,” says Thai. “It’s nice to win awards, but that’s not why we do this. We do this because we know that we can provide top-notch service and support clients through one of the most stressful moments of their lives. Buying and selling a property is a big deal. This is why we take pride in every client we get.”

With the launch of their YouTube channel, LEAD Conveyancing Frankston positions itself to expand its audience and industry dominance. People from all over who either own property in Australia or are planning to move can learn about their services. Thai believes that this is the beginning of something amazing.

“LEAD Conveyancing’s growth is inevitable,” she says.
