“We are thrilled to be able to offer these new apartments to low-income seniors in the Greeley area," said Darren Walsh, President & CEO of Catholic Charities. "Our goal is to provide affordable, safe, and comfortable housing for seniors who may otherwise struggle to find suitable accommodations. We believe that everyone deserves a comfortable home, and we are proud to make that a reality for our residents.”
Catholic Charities Housing owns and manages more than 1,750 units of affordable housing in 30 locations throughout Colorado and Wyoming and we continue to develop new locations. We care for seniors, families, people with disabilities and individuals who have experienced homelessness. We provide them with additional support services to encourage long-term and sustainable housing security. National research confirms that increasing access to affordable and safe housing is the most costeffective strategy in increasing economic opportunity and reducing childhood poverty. Our team supports families who are committed to improving the lives of their children and seniors on fixed incomes, as well as veterans who served our country and deserve to have a safe, comfortable place to call home.
Interested seniors can contact Tim Mitch, Immaculata Plaza Site Manager at 970-539-9970 / tmitch@ccdenver.org for more information and to apply for one of the new apartments.
