Health-Conscious Dentistry, a clinic in Seattle, WA, is proud to announce that owner Paul Genung has published a new scientific article describing why people should choose not to undergo a root canal. According to his research, root canals cause disease and should therefore be avoided. The article is based on research completed by Dr. Weston Price.
Dr. Price had completed a 25 year long study in order to determine whether or not infected root canal filled teeth were causing people with degenerative diseases to no longer respond to treatment. These studies, which were conducted at the start of the 20th century, were groundbreaking, but were not shared with the wider profession and particularly dental students.
Through his research, Dr. Price was able to demonstrate consistently that degenerative diseases could hide within the tooth. He completed thousands of animal tests and discovered that various degenerative diseases, including heart disease, bladder and kidney disease, mental disease, rheumatism, pregnancy complications and more could be transferred to animals. He also found that humans who had the teeth in which this disease was found extracted noticed an immediate improvement in their condition.
"Dr. Price discovered a wide variety of degenerative diseases," says Paul Genung himself. "It does not change the fact that root canal treatments can devastate the human immune system." Paul Genung encourages everyone to click on the 'Find Us on YouTube' link, so that they can have a better understanding on the research completed by Dr. Price and how it is still relevant today.
During a root canal, patients are effectively enabled to keep a dead tooth in their mouth. Unfortunately, according to Dr. Price's research and now Paul Genung's additions, this procedure can suppress a person's immune system and create what is known as an 'interference field'. It can even lead to the production of the most toxic substance known to man.
Health-Conscious Dentistry now officially recommends people no longer have a root canal completed. While the loss of a tooth is something that most people want to avoid, they are likely to want to avoid degenerative diseases, which are likely the cause of the death of the tooth.
