BeanStalk Hair Products, based in McDonough, GA, has announced that the FDA has recently approved the Cryo Cap, which has been designed to help people prevent a degree of hair loss during chemotherapy treatment. The company has now also launched their treatment system in order to support the Cryo Cap, thereby leading to even less hair loss.
"Losing hair is almost inevitable during chemotherapy," says Todd Spear from BeanStalk Hair Products. "However, people often don't think about the effect this has on someone's mind. They are already in emotional turmoil, worrying about their illness, so to then also lose what is known as their 'crowning glory' is like a double loss. We're very happy, therefore, that the FDA has approved the Cryo Cap and that our hair loss treatment system can fully support that."
The Cryo Cap has been approved only for women suffering from breast cancer as of this time. It works by constricting the scalp's blood vessels, thereby stopping the chemotherapy drugs from entering the hair follicles. The treatment has gone through extensive testing and has shown very positive results, which has led to the FDA approving it. Unfortunately, the cap is very expensive, which means many women will not be able to use it. But the BeanStalk hair growth product has proven to be incredibly popular and powerful, both on its own and in conjunction with the Cryo Cap.
"Due to my postpartum, I lost a lot of hair," says D. "It made me so stressed that my hair has become like that. When I got this product I was so excited to try it. I now enjoy using it everyday. I can see some hair growing already after just a couple of days. I am so excited to see more hair growth after a few more weeks."
BeanStalk Hair Products is proud to be able to play an active role in dealing with hair loss for women. Whether they are losing it due to chemotherapy or for any other reason, their product could just be the solution to their problems. If used together with the Cryo Cap, results could prove to be amazing.
