Key responsibilities for this role include: Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes. Administering employee benefits and payroll. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred. At least 1 year of previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or in a related role is required. Experience with an HRIS database is preferred. Any HR certifications will be a plus.
