Experimac says they are one of the only local shops left to offer services for older Apple computers. Their team says they regularly receive customers who’ve gone to the Apple Store or SimplyMac first with their older Apple computers, only to be turned away.
Experimac offers repairs and upgrades on “vintage” models, offering an alternative for those Apple users who can’t find help elsewhere. While older models are still preferred by many users, there isn’t a lot of service availability when something goes wrong.
Experimac also offers one-on-one shopping assistance for finding budget-friendly Apple computers, and the local shop offers training classes to help people become acquainted with the Apple OS.
