John Cutter, who retired from the NYPD after a successful 25-year career that included tenure as a Deputy Chief in the criminal intelligence section, launched John Cutter Investigations to develop an industry-leading investigative firm. Cutter’s partner, Ronald Lowe, also brings to the table a sterling background. He retired as a Detective 2nd Grade from the NYPD’s Intelligence Division in 2007, and over his career, Lowe has received the NYPD’s Medal of Valor for acts of bravery relating to rescue efforts on 9/11.
