Our Master’s Camp, a non-profit faith based recovery center for men located in Tennessee, increases available bed space from 22 to 30 in order to meet the increasing need for affordable faith based treatment services.
The center offers 90 days of inpatient care for $4,900. “The reason were so affordable is because were not in it to make money. Providence Ministries raises money they feed directly to our program which is why the cost is so low,” said Kevin Shelton, director or Our Master’s Camp.
The center opened its doors in 2003, and in that time has helped care for people from all 50 states. The spike in prescription opiate abuse, heroin use, and meth addiction rates are attributed for the need for more bed space.
The program uses core Christian teachings combined with a therapeutic treatment model to help men achieve long term sobriety and recovery, and does not require program participants be Christian in order to get approved for the program.
