Dream Carpets, Inc., announces a 20% discount on oriental rug cleaning services starting this month for persian rugs dropped off at one of their two (2) drop off locations.

Oriental rugs can be a thing of beauty, but they can also be a thing that gets dirty. Since these rugs are made to a variety of standards with a variety of materials, it requires carefully handling or such rugs will fall apart or the dyes will bleed together ruining a beautiful rug.

"We offer an exclusive cleaning process - first we inspect rugs checking for existing damage. Then we do a rug dusting to remove all the dry dirt. After that we test for dye bleeding because many of the inks used in production of various rugs will run. Then we fully immerse the rug into our Turkish bath and then through a rug spinner to rinse with fresh water," said Chris Augusto, President of Dream Carpets, Inc. "After we dry all the rugs in climate controlled area, they are vacuumed and groomed before returning to our customer."

Dream Carpets, Inc. has the only full immersion rug washing facility in Rhode Island. Their service areas are Tiverton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, Bristol, Barrington, Somerset, Swansea, Seekonk, Rehoboth, Westport, Dartmouth, North Dartmouth.
