New Owners Of Hotel Villa Iguana In Bayahibe Implement Upgrades To Services

Hotel Villa Iguana, nestled in the heart of Bayahibe, Dominican Republic, has recently undergone several improvements. The hotel is one of the oldest and most popular in Bayahibe and there was a change in ownership in 2015.

Kirsten Tilanus, one of the new owners of the hotel states, "When we decided to purchase the hotel, we were certain that we could make it even more famous than it already was and we were determined to make it the go-to place for all of those travellers that don't want to stay in all-inclusive resorts and are looking for a more authentic experience in the country."

Tilanus states that the hotel has a reputation to keep up, since it is the oldest guesthouse in the area. She says, "We like to think that our main goal is to make Hotel Villa Iguana a place where we would like to stay at during our holidays. We offer a comfortable place to stay while you explore the Dominican Republic."

Other upgrades include free, fast internet connection for all reservations, free Chromecast television in every room, and free soap and shampoo in all guest bathrooms. The owners state that soap dispensers are filled daily so guests have no worries of remembering to bring such toiletries when they travel. A hairdryer is also available at the front desk. The owners state that a full view of the hotel, including the beauty surrounding the area can be viewed on the official Hotel Villa Iguana YouTube channel.
