This was announced at an event on March 3rd, 2016, organized by the Oregon Business Magazine. The award is a recognition of the hard work and dedication that everyone at the agency is committed to.

Oregon Business, which presented the award, is a magazine that was founded in 1981 and that has won numerous awards themselves. Today, they reach some 20,000 different civic, political and business leaders in Oregon itself. The magazine reports on various business topics, and has a yearly "100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon", which is their signature project. Starting in 1981, they have expanded their lists to also include 100 Best Green Companies and 100 Best Nonprofits. Any business featured on either of these three lists receives official recognition for their hard work.
One of the reasons why the staffing agency was recognized by Oregon Business is because it is so popular with its many Job Seekers.
